How can you wake up to a new you? Well showing love to your skin might be one way of doing it, right? The better you look after yourself, the better you will get. Can REN V-Cense Revitalising Night Cream help you with that? Maybe?
Waking up to brighter looking skin can be quite uplifting. If you are feeling down, just spare a few extra minutes to your skincare routine before going to be, it will definitely cheer you up. REN V-Cense Revitalising Night Cream is the 9th product of M&S Advent Calendar. The advent calendar definitely brings many interesting products. I’ve tried a handful of products from REN and one was from last year’s advent calendar, REN Keep Young and Beautiful Instant Firming Beauty Shot.
REN V-Cense Revitalising Night Cream is an anti-ageing moisturiser for skin displaying signs of ageing, formulated to recharge, revitalise and intensively hydrate overnight. This night cream is developed to stimulate elastin and collagen production as a result, fine lines are smoothed/reduced, skin gets intensively hydrated and you achieve evens skin tone. Also, the antioxidants protect the skin against harmful free radicals and signs of ageing. All sounds so good, doesn’t it?
REN V-Cense Revitalising Night Cream has mousse-like texture, it is more like in between cream and mousse texture. Due to the air texture, the small amount, like a big pea size, is more than enough. It is really lightweight and it is absorbed fast without the greasy feeling. You don’t even feel the cream on the skin, but the softness it leaves. Some night creams make my skin feel quite oily in the morning, which is annoying. Luckily, this one just leaves a really soft skin without getting oily.
How to use it? On the website, it mentions using over Omega 3 Optimum Skin Serum Oil, massaging into the face and neck until absorbed. Since I don’t have that serum, I use it over my favourite Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair or Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Concentrate and the result is amazing! So I don’t think you specifically need that serum. There were days I applied it without using any serum and the result was still good. I think I prefer it over my serum.
REN V-Cense Revitalising Night Cream is £36 for 50 ml. Another great REN product which doesn’t disappoint but delivers! Would I recommend it? Yes! I added it to my wishlist and when I see it on offer, I will get my hands on the full-size! If you are looking for a new night cream which is not heavy but delivers the smooth, plumper looking skin then give REN V-Cense Revitalising Night Cream a try, it won’t disappoint you.
