March Favourites 2016
One quarter of the year is gone and now only three left for the New Year. If you still haven’t done anything about your New Year resolutions or goals then you should maybe take an action, don’t you think so? One of the things I love about March is that the days are getting longer and warmer, except that there are a few things in my March Favourites …

CK One Shock
Changing perfumes is one of the things I do all the time. Winter, summer, hot weather, warm weather or for whatever reason, I tend to reach for certain perfumes. This CK perfume is a perfect transition and spring scent and it is suitable for everyday wear. It is sweet and floral, also has vanilla and musky notes which is not overpowering. What’s your favourite Spring scent?
Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara
When it was first released, I got it straight away, I hated it! Formula was so wet and my lashes got clumpy, well some might actually like “clumpy lash trend”, it is not my thing. However, now I can say it is one of my favourite mascara. My favourite thing about this mascara is the brush. It gives volume and length, what else can I ask for? If you still didn’t give it a try, I would suggest you to change it!
Maybelline Color Show Nail Polish
March has been a minimal makeup and nail polish month for me. My nail polish picks were mostly nudes or clear ones like this. One coat of Sugar Crystals gives a clear finish with tiny glitters and a second coat gives a little bit of powder colour, but nothing more. When I wear it, I don’t have to worry about my nails, because even if it chips, it is hard to notice it.
Smashbox Be Legendary Lip Gloss
Using lip glosses more often is one of the things I want to do in Spring/Summer. For the effortless look, a little shine on the lips wouldn’t be bad, right? Smashbox Be Legendary lip gloss in Disco Rose has been my favourite lip gloss lately. I love the colour it gives, it is more pigmented than the others I have.
Smashbox Crush On Blush Palette
This palette has been used a lot since I got it; it has everything you might need. I mostly used the pink shades to give some colour to my cheeks, like I said before, they are extremely pigmented and they last for hours without fading. So for long days out, this palette is perfect.
The Body Shop Vitamin E Aqua Boost Sorbet
My skin has been at its worst condition since March, I don’t think I’ve ever had that much breakout since my teenage years and no matter which product I use, it doesn’t seem to get better but worse. Since the wedding is only 5 weeks away, I need to get my skin to a decent condition. What can you suggest for breakout and excessive peeling? Vitamin E sorbet has been my saviour when my skin needs cooling. It is light and if you put it in a fridge, it will help to keep the skin cool without getting it red.
Strawberry Detox Smoothie
I’m trying to eat&drink as healthy as I can. I have constant craving for a chocolate bar or a jar of Nutella and even though they might be one of the best things in the World, I can’t have them all the time. Since one of my 2016 goals is eating healthier, smoothies are a good way of starting this. Lately I’ve been trying and enjoying smoothies, and my favourite has to be strawberry one. I love anything with strawberry! 10-15 strawberries, 1 green apple and 1 -2 cup grape, just put them in blender and blend them until they are smooth, then enjoy drinking it. It is supposed to be good for tiredness, during season changes I always feel tired, however when I drink it, I feel more energised! Have you tried something similar?

As you know I love the Maybelline Sensational mascara as well; the Body Shop Vitamin E Aqua Sorbet sounds great. The smoothie sounds yummy, and if it boosts your energy then I should totally try it as well, because I just feel tired most of the time haha. The Maybelline mascara sounds great, maybe it gave out too much product at the beginning and that's why it seemed too wet and clumpy! This is the next mascara I'll get. Formula was so wet, many people had the same problem and after leaving it for a month or more then it got better! I just hate waiting :) Flower smells lovely, I used to use it when I was in high school! x

I haven't had one with protein powder, I tend to have only fruit/vegetable mix smoothies.
I love smoothies but I tend to mix some veggies with fruits and avocado so it's also quite filling, my favourite is apple, pineapple, avocado, lime juice, spinach :) That nail polish Sugar Crystals is always on my shelf for the same reason you mentioned, it adds something pretty to nails but you don't have to worry about them being in perfect condition :) I also like to apply it on top of another colour to give it a bit of sparkle. x <a href="http://mummysbeautycorner.blogspot.co.uk/" rel="nofollow">Mummy’s Beauty Corner </a>
Avocado smoothies are filling and really nutritious! Since I'm trying to eat healthy, I'm trying different smoothie recipes, sour ones with lime juice would be perfect for hot summer days :) xx
I had a hit/miss experience with Maybelline Lash Sensational; some days it's the best I've ever used but other days it was clump-ville. I really have no idea. I hated it when I tried it for the first time, formula was so wet and sticky. This one doesn't feel that way, maybe they changed the formula.

Ah my skin has been in terrible condition throughout March too! I'm glad you've found something to combat the breakouts! Sadly I have oily skin so I'm not sure the Aqua Boost Sorbet would help me, but I do love the Vitamin E range! I think I've just eaten too much chocolate to be honest! I have oily skin, I usually use this sorbet in warm weather when my skin needs cooling. I think my breakout stress related, there are so many things going on and it puts me under so much pressure! x

I got it because I really like the wand, however formula was so wet and sticky, after letting it dry a few month it got better. It gives really nice volume and length and it doesn't get my lashes clumpy, one of the things I care the most. xx

Most of the time I am so lazy to use eyelash curler so this mascara does creat job giving volume and length :)

I hate clumpy lashes and wet mascaras, but I do love me some length. I personally love Maybelline's full n' soft mascara because it does just that :) The color of your smashbox lip gloss is so pretty and perfect for the coming warmer weather! I'm sorry to hear about your skin woes :( Have you tried using any chemical exfoliants? They've significantly improved the texture of my skin. I've tried chemical exfoliants, however they ended up making my skin worse so now I am trying to use light products, I hope soon my skin will be better *fingers crossed*

I used to do it a lot years ago, applying so many coats of mascara where my lashes got really sticky and weird looking, however now it is no-go for me :)

I didn't really like Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara alone, but under other mascaras, I noticed a bit of a boost! Ahh I love The Body Shop sorbets, so cooling and they smell soo good!
I hated it at first, it was so wet however now it is one of my favourite mascara. Also using under other mascaras gives a good result!
