When my partner was at the airport, he asked if I wanted anything from Duty Free and I didn’t really know what to want so he got me lipsticks set that he liked. Considering men might not be really good at picking makeup stuff, he was pretty good at it. He got me set of 3 lipsticks from L’Oréal.
My L’Oréal Rouge Caresse Lipstick Review
L’Oréal Rouge Caresse Lipstick set have Pink Fashionista 01, Aphrodite Scarlet 06 and Impulsive Fuschia 202 in it. I could say that Pink Fashionista doesn’t really feel like a lipstick but more like a lip balm. It is really light shade of pink, when I wore it; it looked like I just put on a lip balm but nothing more. I didn’t really get the colour that it was showing; I can say that it doesn’t have any pigmentation so I am not really happy about this colour. On the other hand, other two colours are how they really look on the box. Impulsive Fuschia has hints of pink and purple and Aphrodite Scarlet is that orange-reddish colour, both can be worn any time of the day. On the box, it says “light-as-air sensation with zero overload”, I could say that it is definitely true. When I put this lipstick on, I forget that I have lipstick on my lips until I look at the mirror *I really mean it*. I keep biting my lips therefore lipsticks don’t really stay on my lips, however after hours of wearing this I still have hints of colour on my lips which is good for people who can’t always refresh their lipsticks. If you like slightly shimmery lipsticks, then you will like this one. When you put it on, you get that nice shine on your lips, not like glossy or metallic shine.
I can say that I will be wearing these lip sticks a lot during summer as it is light in texture and colours are just gorgeous for summer.

I thought these were discontinued for some reason? I will definitely be nosing around Duty Free if they still have them! I have and love Aphrodite Scarlet, it pulls really magenta on me though, weird! Agree they are sheer and lovely feeling on the lips. :-)
Aphrodite Scarlet is a good one, it looks more like coral on me tho. It probably looks different depending on the lip colour, I don't know :)
