Do you have one special scent that you can't give up? No matter what you try and you end up going back to it? Well, it is good to have a special and favourite scent you can rely on. Have you tried Lancôme La Vie Est Belle? Sweet and indulgent scent might get you attached to it.
Choosing a perfume is personal... One perfume that smells absolutely amazing on one might not smell anything closer on another. It is all about the chemistry between the skin and perfume, so one's favourite perfume might be other's most hated one. In this case, let's talk about Lancôme La Vie Est Belle. It is elegant, delicate, and gentle, but it is not enough to explain it!
Let's start with the most important bit about a fragrance... the scent! What does it smell like? The concept of this fragrance is the natural and the simple beauty. So in a way it should leave some natural scent, rather than something synthetic, right? Iris is the key element of this perfume and surrounded by jasmine and orange blossoms. This combination might not mean anything until you sniff it. You can also smell the vanilla, so it must be one of the main ingredients as well. When you smell it, at first you get the sweet praline and a little fruity scent, it might be overpowering at first... Don't just make up your mind! Once the base notes set on the skin, you get the warm powdery scent that will make you feel special.
This scent will wrap you up and it won't fade easily. If you want to leave a trail of perfume everywhere you go, you might want to check this out.
La Vie Est Belle is perfect for autumn and winter. It would be a little heavy for spring and especially for summer. For warmer seasons, you might want to check something lighter like DKNY Be Delicious. There are some perfumes that are mostly suitable for days or some for nights, you can wear this day or night. It is suitable for any time of the day.
It is one of the long lasting perfumes I've ever used, if not the best one. Once it sets on your skin, it just stays there for hours. I know you are not supposed to spray the perfume on your clothes but your skin, however, I am sure I am not the only one to spray it on the clothes as well. When I first tried it, I sprayed some on my coat's sleeves and it didn't fade off almost a week. Pretty impressive, isn't it?
Packaging is simple and beautiful. It is a little bit heavy due to the thick glass bottom. La Vie Est Belle is engraved on the sprayer, little details like that make everything better.
This perfume is a little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. It is long lasting, it smells amazing and you don't need to spray much. 50 ml bottle lasted me for 2 years, of course, I was using different perfumes too, but still...Sometimes it is worth paying extra to get a perfume that won't let you down and make you feel special.

I love this perfume so much! I've had a bottle for a couple of years now, and I love how long it lasts! The scent is really powerful so a couple of sprays are always enough! My mum uses La Vie est Belle, and it is indeed a beautiful scent! It could be used no matter your age and I feel like most people would like it. It lasted you a while, perfumes that have a long lasting powers can be hard to found so it's worth knowing that this one does stay long when you wear it. Autumn&Winter scents are more on the woody, spicy side and when you smell it, it feels more intense :)

I definitely have a favourite scent that I always go back to! Its Estée Lauders' Bronze Goddess fragrance. I love the scent all year round, even though it's more of a Summer scent. I absolutely love Hypnôse from Lancôme too, so I really want to try La Vie Est Belle now. I really like the idea of the scent staying strong for a long time. I think that's the sign of a well made perfume! Hypnose smells good too, I'd highly recommend this one as well! Staying power is impressive, I haven't had any perfume which lasts that long! Lancome knows how to come up with elegant bottles :) xx
