Golden shiny packaging, stunning Autumnal shade and creaminess… KIKO Lipstick Intensely Lavish definitely ticks all the boxes for me. It is a love at first sight!
KIKO is a brand I am not really familiar with. I’ve only used the eye shadow stick before, but nothing more. So, this lipstick was a purchase influenced by Anna from Viviannadoesmakeup, after reading her post KIKO’s Autumn Drop is a BEAUT I knew what exactly I wanted to try from KIKO. Placing an order was never that easy!
Rebel Romantic is a limited edition range and KIKO lipstick and lip pencil are two products from this range. Every lipstick has a matching lip pencil you can choose from. I picked the shade 05 Heavy Cherry for lipstick and lip pencil. It is a beautiful shade, which is suitable for day&night and also for this time of year. This lipstick is really creamy and pigmented. So, if you want a subtle look, you better be light handed.
Even though it is a really creamy lipstick, it doesn’t smudge easily and after hours of wearing it you are still left with a wash of colour and your lips don’t feel dry. Now, when it comes to lip pencil, I can easily say it is smudge proof! Once you apply it, you will need a good makeup remover to remove it, simple makeup wipes don’t really work. The packaging is so catchy and it is the fanciest looking lipstick I have. The golden packaging and magnetic closure, it doesn’t get much better than this. You can put it in your bag without worrying about it opening. It definitely feels more expensive than the price you pay for it (it was £6.90 and now it is on sale for £4.80).
