June Favourites 2016
Six months is over and now we are more closer to new year than the beginning of 2016. Weather is so unstable, one day it is so hot and the next day freezing cold, seriously we should do something about the global warming. Also it is the best time to evaluate the goals, right? June was a slow month for me, that's why I don't have many products in June favourites.
In June I was mostly wearing minimal makeup and trying different products to get my skin to decent condition. Some works and some doesn't work, it is all about experimenting and finding what's best for my skin.

Kiehl's Midnight Recovery Concentrate
This is the only product I've been wearing a lot for awhile. I love how radiant my skin looks in the morning and even though I am not the fan of lavender scent, it makes me sleepy, which I won't complain. I can say it really improved the condition of my skin and it is a lightweight oil so it doesn't leave greasy feeling.
Sephora Face Mask
Another skincare products is sheet masks from Sephora. I've tried green tea, pomegranate and lingzhi so far and now I have only lotus mask to try out. I can't really say much about how effective they are (you can't expect a resuly after one use), but I can say green tea one helped the breakouts. Lotus mask is supposed to reduce the sign of strains and fatigue, we will see how it will go.

You probably already know that this summer it is all about having glowy skin. Even though I was wearing minimal makeup, I made sure to add highlighter to my makeup routine. Ciny Lou is a peachy tone highlighter and it gives a beautiful glow. If you haven't tried it, definitely check it out!
DKNY Be Delicious Fresh Blossom
I can't stop wearing light fragrances in spring&summer, they are mus-have products. I seriously can't handle strong perfumes and I am always on the hunt for lighter fragrances. This is probably the only perfume I wore in June, it is light and smells lovely.
This brings me the end of June favourites. These are pretty much the only things I've been using constantly in June. Maybe I can add Game of Thrones as a favourite show, how good was it! Like I said there wasn't much going on in June and I guess it will be the opposite in July, let's wait and see!

Kiehl's is a good brand, you should definitely try some of the products.
I used to love a few Kiehl's products, when I lived in NY I could go to the original Kiehl's store. I got used to not having it in the U.K. but I can order it online now, I keep hearing good things about this serum! I haven't been wearing much makeup either as my skin has also been playing up. I have that DKNY scent too, it is nice and light! I am also loving the Body Shop Fig for a summer scent, so pretty!
There are a few other products I want to try from Kiehl's. The ones I tried are really good and I love how good my skin gets when I am consistent.

It's a shame that The Balm is not available in Portugal, I wish I could try some of their products! There's always the option of buying online, but when it comes to makeup I like to try it before :) xx

Well I still haven't seen many results but I love how soft and bright my skin look so I won't complain about it.
I just can't get used to the Sephora sheet masks. They are so wet and sticky, it's a pain to use! I tried once and thought I would never do it again haha. I don't have any particular recommendation this month, I've been using minimal makeup as well and basically the same products all the time. I love the wet formula and I leave it on my skin until it doesn't feel wet any longer :) I hope you will love serozinc, it might be a little bit drying but then it helps with the spots and also mattifies the face :) x

My wishlist is getting way too long too and I couldn't get many things as I will be moving in a few days so I don't have to carry many products just because I only have limited weight allowance. Once I settle down then it will be time for shopping :)

Texture is exactly like Mary-Lou, Cindy-Lou is more on peachy tone tho.

I will have to give the Sephora masks a go next time, love using sheet masks (I just can't justify the price of it compared to Asian sheet masks!) I feel like I haven't shopped at Kiehl's forever, need to do a haul sometime!
I want to try Asian ones, however I can't seem to find them in stores and I don't know which ones to trust online. Until I get my hands on Asian ones, I will be trying out these ones.
Ugh I don't know why-I've been drinking so much water lately but it looks as if my face is more bland as ever! I think I should definitely look into getting one of those sheet masks. You can use it by itself or use moisturiser afterwards too, it all depends on how intensive skincare you want.

I've been meaning to try the Kieh's Midnight Recovery Concentrate for so long now but never seem to get round to trying it. Lavender is one of my favourite scents and I had the Midnight Recovery eye cream for a while which I liked so I'm sure I would like it if I ever get round to giving it a go :) x
