How to Make Pumpkin Spice Latte with Baileys

What's one of the thing that you look forward to in autumn? Is it the crisp weather or the seasonal trends? How about pumpkin spice latte? Whether you love it or you hate it, pumpkin spiced latte is one of the most popular drinks of the season. If you're a hater, can Bailey's pumpkin spiced cream liqueur change your mind?
Since the first time I tried pumpkin spice latte, I've been a fan of it. It is one of the things that I look forward to in autumn. Well, they sell all these syrups, however, it just doesn't feel the same. All these seasonal festive cups make it more special, don't you think so? I also love gingerbread latte as well as toffee nut latte, but PSL is still my favourite.
I came across to Baileys Pumpkin Spiced Creat Liqueur at Liverpool Food and Drink Festival. As soon as I tasted it, I knew I wanted to get it. Seasonal releases are the best! You can taste the pumpkin and all these spices that bring the taste together. It is a must try liqueur if you like seasonal flavours!
This is also the easiest way of making pumpkin spice latte as well. You have the liqueur or syrup and just mix it with the coffee and it is ready. There's no need to worry about pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice to make it. You might taste the pumpkin more but it takes longer so the easiest option is favourable!

The amount of liqueur you should use depends on your taste. 3 tablespoon of Baileys will give you that pumpkin flavour without overpowering with alcohol, of course, you can always add more to make it even stronger. This amount is also perfect for people who doesn't like alcohol. You hardly taste the alcohol (17% alcohol in Baileys Liqueur).
Make yourself a cup of coffee, lit the candles and snuggle under the blanket to watch your favourite show. Can you think of any better way of spending the cold autumn night? This is my ideal autumn night, warm and happy under the blanket...
Are you a fan of pumpkin spice latte? Which is your favourite seasonal drink? Have you tried Baileys Pumpkin Spice Cream Liqueur before? How is your ideal autumn night?

I used to put Baileys in my frappe (greek version of cold coffee with lots of ice-cubes) and it tasted soooo good! I never thought of adding Baileys to hot coffee and I haven't tried the pumpkin version before! Yiota PinkDaisyLoves
I never thought about adding it to hot coffee either, however, after seeing it in a cafe a few years ago, I can't stop it now :) Pumpkin version is released this year, if you like seasonal flavours then you should check it out :)

Definitely dry it, dear! It tastes so good *-*
I'm not a fan of pumpkin spice lattes - I've only ever had one in Starbucks and I was super disappointed after all the amazing things I'd read about them haha - but with Bailey's the taste must be so much richer and more interesting! I didn't even know there was a pumpkin spice flavoured one. My all time favourite seasonal drink would be cinnamon hot chocolate, I'm not usually a fan of cinnamon but when it's not too strong and mixed with the chocolate, it tastes amazing! I don't use milk or sugar in my drinks, so at first it takes a while for me to get the sweetness of the psl. All the spices and the taste mixture makes me drink it all the time :) With Baileys you don't have that much sweetness, unless you add extra sugar in it. This one is released this year, I saw it in the food&drink festival and I knew I had to get it :) x
I love Bayles so I will try it! Kisses, DadieB. ~ dadiebradshaw.com

Baileys doesn't make the drink as sweet as the PSL. It is good to snuggle under the blanket and enjoy the coffee with Baileys :) x

I was planning to visit the Christmas markets in Germany this year when we go to visit husband's family, but we are not sure if we are gonna make it :( I so want to see it! It feels like they have more stuff in the Christmas market than the ones in the UK x
I really hope you manage to make it to them Ela, the Christmas markets in Germany are a whole other kind of experience - I can't recommend them enough!! :) Gabrielle x

Some loves and some hates, I really like it and it is my favourite seasonal drink, however, I am not sure if it is the right drink for warm days :) Hope you're having a great week so far :)
With the ingredients in this latte I might become an alcoholic, the 3 table spoon of liqueur may not cut it for me.... Lol. I am actually looking forward to wearing more oversized Sweaters this autumn. Thanks for sharing this recipe for making this latte, I will try it this coming weekend and relax with some Netflix. www.stylenbeautylounge.com
I always add more liqueur and of course then it gets easier to get drunk, I already finished most of the bottle :) Autumn/Winter nights are the best and cosiest!
