Since Halloween and Bonfire Night are over so can we say it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas… Everywhere you go! Christmas lights are on, all the festive drinks are out and I’m not even gonna talk about the colourful and bright shop windows! After seeing it all, it is hard not to feel festive and think about Christmas and all the parties you will be attending! It is never too early to start planning your party… If you are planning to throw a Christmas party then you should definitely check out Christmas Hampers, especially Harvey Nichols Christmas Hampers!
Who doesn’t love a good party… It is never too early to throw a pre-Christmas party or whatever you want to call it! It doesn’t have to be a big one, even gathering with a few friends can be a good way of starting the party season! Since everywhere is filled with Christmas stuff, you should start planning one, like I already started mine right after the Bonfire Night and one special hamper basket came handy for that!
I remember when I was a kid and my parents came home with a hamper basket, all I wanted to do dip my head in the basket and see what’s in it and which one I should start eating first! When I received the Harvey Nichols The Crowd Pleaser in October, little kid was back again! All I can say is I’m amazed by the content of the hamper! This luxurious black hamper has been stocked with a selection of treats including savoury nibbles, sweets treat, bottles of Champagne, wine and gin even comforting hot chocolate! It has almost everything you need for a party or a Christmas treat!
Harvey Nichols has already released their famous Luxury Christmas Hampers and all I can say is they are fab! Whether you are trying to spoil yourself or want to give someone a Christmas present, you should definitely consider one of those Christmas Hampers!
The content of the hamper set gives you a variety of options! You can just combine them all to come up with delicious party snacks. Cheese and cranberry sauce on olive oil and rosemary biscuits were yummy and they were gone within minutes! Cheddar nibbles and green olives with lemon & almond (never has the olive that way before… it was yum!) were good wine treats! I’m saving the Christmas Pudding and the brandy butter (do you have any good recipes for the brandy butter?) for Christmas time!
When you think about a party, you don’t only think about the food and drinks, you also worry about the entertainment, don’t you? Games like Lucky Dip dipstick game come handy, at least you don’t to need to worry about having multipiece board games (it is not fun tidying them when you’re tipsy) and you could still have so much fun! Also after a few drinks, this game gets even more entertaining!
I already used so many stuff from the Crowd Pleaser and it is really a crowd pleaser! There are a few other parties are on planning stage and I’m sure I’ll be using more from the hamper! The rest (like Christmas pudding) will be saved for Christmas time if I’d resist!
I love giving Hampers as a present, especially for the people who have everything! They are fuss free and come on, who wouldn’t like a glass of bubbly or red, right? Also, let’s not forget the chocolate truffles and nibbles! Can also we appreciate how beautiful that Hamper basket looks… It would be good for decoration, storage(maybe tiny table?) or even picnics! I still haven’t made up my mind yet how I want to use it, all I know it is staying with me!
All in all, this hamper is the perfect addition to Christmas Day and can take care of all the little extras that make the day so special. The Crowd Pleaser is £300, however, Harvey Nichols Christmas Hampers range offers wide selection starting from as little as £60 to all the way up to £550! I already have my eye on a few of them and it will save me from hours of gift searching!
What do you think about Harvey Nichols Christmas Hampers? Do you like getting/giving hampers? Have you already started planning your December?
