Garnier Micellar Oil Infused Cleansing Water

Ela·
Garnier Micellar Oil Infused Cleansing Water removes makeup and leaves nourished skin. It is gentle and it doesn't sting the eye.

After a long day, the last thing you’d want is to spend ages to remove your makeup, right? Also who doesn’t like quick and easy makeup removing. Micellar waters are perfect for it and they are just fuss free. How about a micellar water with oil, maybe Garnier Micellar Oil Infused Cleansing water?

Whoever came up with micellar water have all my appreciation. Even though it is some kind of water, it makes everything easier, don’t you think so? Garnier Micellar Water is one of my favourite makeup removing products and when I ran out of it, I thought I’d give Garnier Micellar Oil Infused Cleansing water a try. It is for Dry/Sensitive skin, since I have oily/combination skin, it was a tricky decision but hey, since I double cleanse, it can’t be that bad.

Garnier Micellar Oil Infused Cleansing Water claims to remove all makeup, even waterproof (I can’t say anything about it as I don’t really use waterproof products), get rid of all the impurities and leave the skin nourished. Good claims but does it really live up to its claims?

In order to combine the water and the oil, you have to shake it well! Give it a good shake and then quickly pour it onto the cotton pad, then you’re ready to clean your makeup. Due to the density difference, water and oil separates quickly, that’s why you have to be quick.

It cleans the makeup as good as the original micellar water, maybe even better. Since oils are good at dissolving the makeup, it gets easier and quicker to remove the makeup. I have sensitive eyes and it doesn’t irritate or sting my eyes, which is great. After cleansing the makeup, your skin will be really soft and nourished. It is more nourishing than the original one. Good thing is after cleansing, there’s no greasy feeling and next morning you won’t have those panda eyes. If you use oil or oil based cleansers, then you will love it.

If you’re in hurry in the morning, you can use it as your morning cleanser too. When I use it that way, I make sure to wait a few minutes before I apply other skincare products so my skin doesn’t get oily. This micellar water has sweet floral scent, it is not overwhelming and it doesn’t linger so even if you are not a fan of scented cleanser, this won’t bother you.

If you love the original micellar water, you should also give this a try.

Have you used Garnier Micellar Oil Infused Cleansing Water before? What’s your favourite cleanser?
