Treat yourself… That’s possibly one of the things we end of forgetting, especially when it comes to stressful times. I might be naughty at skipping proper skincare routine when I have hectic days, but there’s one thing I don’t skip and it is an eye cream! I have some trusty ones, but I like trying different creams to compare my beloved one! M&S Advent Calendar brings a new eye cream to my skincare routine and it is Filorga Time-Filler Eyes Absolute Eye Correction Cream.
The first time I discovered Filorga products was back in 2016. It was one of the products of M&S Advent calendar. Now 2 years later, I get to try the eye cream, Time Filler Absolute Wrinkle Correction Cream. Filorga Time-Filler Eyes Absolute Eye Correction Cream claims “Day after day, wrinkles are smoothed, eyelids are firmer, dark circles fade, and lashes appear denser. The eyes look wider”. All so promising isn’t it? It doesn’t only work on the fine lines but also on eyelids and dark circles. No one wants saggy upper eyelids and if this cream could help then I’m sold!
I am not the best for knowing all the skincare ingredients, however, squalene and folic acid are two that I know! Squalene is used for locking the moisture and helping prevent the fine lines. Folic acid helps to maintain the skin’s natural beauty. After mixing Squalene, folic acid and many other ingredients, we get this promising eye cream! On the website, it mentions that “a plant-based complex combined with a peeling-like active ingredient makes dark circles fade away”. If you have dark circle problems, it might be worth asking for a sample to test!
How to use it? You can use it in the morning and evening, however, I only used it in the evening to finish my routine. Due to my oily skin, I avoid using heavier products in the morning. The cream has a rich texture. You only need a small amount to cover all your eye area and eyelid.
After using it for about a week, I could say eye area feels well hydrated and smoother, also looks less puffy! It doesn’t irritate my eyes or gives any tight feeling. I haven’t used any eye cream that claims to boost the volume of the lashes, I wonder how long you need to use the see those effects.
You get 4 ml Filorga Time-Filler Eyes Absolute Eye Correction Cream, a little goes a long way! It is good enough to test it and have the first impression. Also, if you travel often and don’t want to carry around full-size products all the time, it would be more than enough! In order to see the full benefits of the cream, unfortunately, 4 ml won’t be enough.
Filorga Time-Filler Eyes Absolute Eye Correction Cream is £47 for 15 ml. Would I recommend it? I think I would. It feels luxurious and promises a lot! I think some of those claims would be visible after a long-term use. If you are an impatient person and want a magic product which will remove the fine lines in a week, then this might not be the one for you.
